Introduction of laundry equipment maintenance

The working parts of the laundry equipment are inside the enclosure and the box of the laundry equipment. Therefore, the laundry equipment needs to be disassembled when troubleshooting the laundry equipment. The basic tools needed to disassemble the laundry equipment are screwdrivers, pliers, tweezers, wrenches, soldering irons, and multimeters.

1. Screwdriver
Screwdriver is one of the most used tools in the process of disassembling laundry equipmentry. Commonly used screwdrivers mainly include cross-shaped screwdrivers and flat-blade screwdrivers. Depending on the size of the screw, the screwdriver also has a variety of specifications. In the process of disassembling the laundry equipment, a flat screwdriver is usually used to screw a flat screw, but sometimes it can also be used as a tool to pry off the plastic cap. Cross-shaped screwdrivers are usually used to screw cross-shaped screws, and screws of different sizes can be screwed with a matching screwdriver. In addition to cross-shaped screws and flat-blade screws, some screws are hexagon socket screws or external hexagon screws, and the space around these screws is very small, it is difficult to use a wrench to screw, then you must use a hexagon socket screwdriver or external hexagon Come screw it.

2. Pliers
Needle-nose pliers are sometimes used when disassembling laundry equipments; flat-nose pliers are mainly used to correct deformed devices or to plug and unplug jumpers when overhauling laundry equipments; side-nose pliers are mainly used to cut unnecessary wires When repairing the circuit, sometimes it is necessary to use wire strippers to process the wires, that is, to strip the outer skin of the wires. The various power cords of the laundry equipment are fixed on the box body through the wire harness, some can be manually disassembled, and some require the use of pliers to cut the wire harness.

3. Tweezers
When disassembling the laundry equipment, tweezers are sometimes used to grasp some smaller components; when welding, you can also use tweezers to clamp the thinner wires to facilitate assembly and welding. When disassembling the laundry equipment components, it is often necessary to use tweezers to grasp smaller components.

4. Wrench
In the process of disassembling the laundry equipment, some larger hexagon nuts need to be screwed with a special wrench. There are also many types of wrenches, such as adjustable wrenches, box wrenches and open wrenches, which are used to screw different sizes of hexagon nuts.

Adjustable wrench means that the width of the opening can be adjusted within a certain size range, and can turn different specifications of bolts and nuts: both ends of the torx wrench have working ends with hexagonal holes or twelve-angle holes, which are suitable for small working spaces. Where ordinary wrenches are used; one end or both ends of the dead wrench are provided with openings of a fixed size for screwing bolts or nuts of a certain size.

The adjustable bottom angle of the laundry equipment is in contact with the washing water for a long time, so it is easy to rust. When disassembling the adjustable bottom angle of the bottom plate of the laundry equipment, you can use an adjustable wrench to turn the hexagonal nut.

The socket wrench is composed of a plurality of sockets with hexagonal holes or twelve-angle holes and is equipped with handles, extension rods and other accessories. It is especially suitable for bolts and nuts with very narrow or deep recesses.

If the laundry equipment in use is charged, it is generally in the following four situations.

First of all, the common case is that the shell is electrified. Basically, the reason is that the outer skin of the power cord is damaged or the copper wire is exposed. After we find out these leakage parts, we should re-wrap them with insulating tape. If the appliance itself is damaged, the appliance should be replaced.

The second is the induction electricity caused by the electromagnetic induction phenomenon of laundry equipmentry. Electromagnetic induction electricity, in general, the energy of induction electricity is small and will not harm personal safety. In this case, the insulation of the laundry equipment is good, and the electric phenomenon can be measured with a tester. The method to eliminate electromagnetic induction is to connect the ground wire of the laundry equipment well and swap the ground wire hole of the power supply, that is, insert the original insert into the ground wire hole into the live wire hole.

The third is the strong electrostatic phenomenon of laundry equipmentry. Static electricity is the result of induction. The energy is large. In severe cases, it will give people a strong electric shock. The method to eliminate static electricity is to replace the belt or pulley or soak the belt in clean water for about 2 hours, take it out, wipe off the water, and reinstall it.

The fourth type is the charging of the laundry liquid in the drum of the laundry equipment, which often happens. The reason is that the drum and the live part are connected to conduct electricity. The treatment method is not only to check the live parts at the bottom of the laundry equipment, whether there is leakage or insulation damage; but also to check whether the laundry equipment is inadvertently used because there is water leaking to the middle position, resulting in electric transmission.
