Usage of 100 kg industrial washing machine

2023-07-07

For many laundry factories, a 100kg industrial washing machine is an indispensable popular item. But many people find that they don't know how to use a 100kg industrial washing machine after purchasing it. Today, I'm here to chat with you about how to set up the program for industrial washing machines?

Before understanding the program of industrial washing machines, let's first take a look at the following keywords:

1. Mechanical force of industrial washing machines

The so-called mechanical force refers to the power used in laundry, such as kneading, rubbing, brushing, stirring, and rotating. The washing effect is directly proportional to the magnitude of the mechanical force. But when washing, it is necessary to fully consider the characteristics of fibers and the degree of novelty of clothing. Only by selecting mechanical force can satisfactory washing results be achieved without damaging the fabric.

2. Washing time

Generally, the longer the washing time, the cleaner the clothes are washed. However, in order to save energy, reduce clothing wear and improve work efficiency. The washing time should be comprehensively considered in conjunction with the degree of dirt on the clothes and the amount of clothing input. The shorter the washing time, the better, while ensuring that the clothes are clean.

After understanding this, let's take a look at the washing program of a 100kg industrial washing machine:

For the main washing operation, first of all, it is best to wash the fabric in categories. When washing large fabrics, they should be shaken to prevent entanglement and affect the washing effect. The washing amount at a time should not be too large, as excessive washing will shorten the lifespan of major components such as appliances and springs.

The main purpose of main washing is to remove alkali soluble dirt and some solvent soluble dirt. In general, one main washing step is sufficient, and in some cases, such as when there is heavy dirt on the linen in the catering industry, it may be necessary to use a second main washing step. The first operation usually only involves adding alkaline materials, using a 4-6 minute washing step called dirt decomposition, followed by a conventional cleaning agent for main cleaning.

Secondly, time: The main washing step of an industrial washing machine usually takes 6-lOmin. For most dirt, time exceeding lOmin does not significantly improve the cleaning rate. Then, temperature: The temperature range of the main washing process of industrial washing machines is usually 65-85 , and for high-temperature washing programs, the actual maximum value can reach 90C. When washing heavy dirt such as tablecloths, mouthcloths, and kitchen clothes, a temperature below 60 will greatly reduce the ability of the cleaning agent to dissolve oil stains. For every 10 increase in temperature, the rate of chemical reaction doubles. If the hot water temperature used by the laundry equipment is too low, it should be considered adjusting the washing procedure. The water level during the main washing process should be low, usually 15-30cm. The water level within this range can maintain maximum washing mechanical effect while ensuring sufficient chemical detergent concentration and maintaining reasonable washing costs. The last is the use of detergent: the detergent chemicals used in the main cleaning process are either alkaline detergent or neutral wetting agent. Alkaline detergent is used when there is a large amount of alkali soluble dirt. Relatively speaking, neutral or low alkaline detergent chemicals are used for washing light dirt and medium dirt.

Although there may not seem to be any problems and the operation is very convenient, in reality, the operation of industrial washing machines often encounters more serious and various problems, increasing the maintenance cost of the equipment. Below, in order to save costs and extend the service life of the equipment for the boss, the editor has compiled the following situations where equipment is prone to damage:

1. It is necessary to frequently rinse the soap solution tank with water to ensure that there is residue inside the soap solution tank.

Phenomenon: The soap liquid does not enter the outer cylinder smoothly, and the corrosion of the outer cylinder intensifies.

Reason: Accumulation of soap residue and certain corrosiveness.

Solution: Rinse the soap solution tank with hot water to ensure that there is no residue left in the soap solution tank.

2. Machine damage caused by poor drainage.

Phenomenon: Industrial washing machines have high detachment vibration, and in severe cases, the inner cylinder of the washing machine rubs against the door ring. Reason: There is an issue with the design and installation of the washing machine drainage pipeline, or the pipeline drainage is not smooth. This directly affects the machine's ability to evenly distribute and dehydrate clothing.

Solution: Industrial washing machine pipelines are thickened, or there are too many bends in the installation of washing machine pipelines.

3. Machine accidents caused by insufficient clothing load.

Phenomena: The washing machine may experience displacement, door ring damage, or severe damage to the bearing seat, bearings, and sealing rings.

Solution: Replace bearings and sealing rings, repair washing machine door rings, and provide training and education for washing machine operators.
